The idea of sending your child off to college is exciting and terrifying at the same time.
Excitement because your child is off to charter the course of their life. Begin a new chapter in adulthood and start what should be the foundation of their career.
One the other hand, it is terrifying because you don't know what the future holds for them.
You hope for the best, and you, well...you keep hope alive!
We know-eth not the day, nor the hour that they are going to get a job to be able to take care of themselves and pay a federal student loan payment!
Long gone are the days where a college degree would insure a stable career.
Today, having a degree is the new plateau in education.
A college degree is the new high school diploma.
